All classes are 55-minutes in length unless otherwise specified. We strive to help you learn proper and natural movement rather than pushing you past your max (and risking injury). In some classes (e.g., Ballet Fitness, Pilates Mat), you may not always feel the “sweaty-workout” work that you might expect from a high-intensity workout, but you will certainly reap the benefits after! Rest assured that if you don’t leave the class feeling sweaty and tired, but rather energized and feeling good, you have done the hard work and will see (and still feel!) the benefits later.

Found the class you want to take? Book it now!

Ballet Fitness

Our signature fitness class built around a typical ballet class structure. A whole body workout, Ballet Fitness will help you stand taller, build strength, improve flexibility, and feel better. A low- to moderate-impact class, exercises are done at the barre and in the centre using props (e.g., resistance bands, weights, balls). No dance experience needed to nurture your inner dancer.

Bootie Barre

While our other classes will still give your bootie a lift, the Bootie Barre focuses on those Ballet-inspired exercises specifically targeted to raise your bootie.

Babywearing Barre

Our signature Ballet Fitness class with the addition of your baby snuggled up close to you. Babywearing Barre is a 45-minute class. Nevertheless, we cover most all of the standard Ballet Fitness exercises and we are working harder carrying around the extra weight from your bundle of joy.

Ballet Boxing

Developed by Maria Teresa del Real, Ballet Boxing offers a higher-intensity, full cardio workout combining the strength and agility of boxing with the grace and beauty of ballet. Moderate- to high-impact class with exercises in the centre (no barre work) using weights. Neither dance nor boxing experience needed to “float like a butterfly and sting like a bee”.

Pilates Mat

Beginning/Intermediate level traditional Pilates Mat class. This class covers all of the standard Joseph Pilates mat exercises executed in his non-stop rhythmic flow.

Adult Ballet

Beginning adult ballet class. Warm-up at the barre, centre work, and across the floor combinations.

Social Dance

Social dance classes specializing in West Coast Swing (WCS), Salsa, and Merengue. WCS is not like East Coast Swing and Lindy Hop—it is smooth and adaptable to nearly every kind of music. And, it is incredibly fun!

Rhythm and Moves

A special loosely guided class for babies and their caregivers to feel the rhythm and moves of music and dance. Children take the class with their caregiver for maximum benefit and enjoyment. Classes are 45 minutes.
